Athens – 27 December 2007 – The first phase of the pilot operation in Greece was successfully completed with evaluation results exceeding initial expectations.

Milan – 20 November 2007 – The SEMOPS service was successfully deployed in Italy with both the bank module and data center being deployed and tested in Milan.

Taipei – 25 October 2007 – The first stage of a three phase demonstration and trial operation was successfully completed in Taipei, which could lead to commercial introduction of the service on the island.

Budapest – 27 September 2007 – One of the largest Hungarian banks, Erste Bank, will also evaluate and test the SEMOPS service.

Budapest – 18 August 2007 – A major milestone was successfully completed at MKB Bank where SEMOPS integration with the legacy system was completed and the first transactions were performed using a mobile handset.

Brussels – 5 December 2006 - The second phase of the SEMOPS project is to be launched in January 2007 for the market validation of the SEMOPS service in three countries (Hungary, Greece, Italy) with a number of service partners, banks and payment processors.

Chennai – 29 November, 2005 – Through the cooperation of SafePay and IC InfoTech SEMOPS is going to be introduced in India

Brussels – 6 October, 2005 – SEMOPS was selected by the e-Ten program of the European Commission to be supported in its efforts to introduce the service in Hungary, Greece, and Italy.
